No refunds are given to paid members and any affiliate earnings will be lost so please think carefully before you take this step.

When using downloaded products from this site please respect the terms and conditions set out by the authors of the products. You will find some terms and conditions on the product pages of this site, but you also often find further terms and conditions in read me files or within ebooks once you have unzipped the products.
These terms and conditions will generally tell you whether or not you can give a product away free or if you must charge for it. Whether you can add the products to free or paid membership sites, and sometimes give a lower limit that you may charge for the product.
Publishers:
Products that you upload to this site should be your own, or you should have permission from the publisher to add them to membership sites. Please make the product guidelines clear within the package and also when adding to EProfits Centre.
Article Directory
Authors:
When you submit articles you agree that you are the author or retain sole copyright of the articles, no PLR articles should be submitted and definitely no plagiarised articles! You agree to abide by the Article Guidelines found within the Article Manager.
Publishers:
You are free to use articles from this site on your websites or ezines but you must not alter them in any way or claim them as your own. The author bio including links and article source link should always be published with the articles.
Member Reviews

All members may review products, articles, audios and videos. We appreciate honest reviews, but we do not appreciate anything offensive. In fact anybody found being offensive on this site will have their accounts deleted and their IP addresses blocked.
Members Offers:
Silver & Gold members may make special offers. All members may take advantage of those offers. The offers should be genuine and at an equal or lower price than elsewhere on the Internet. The special offers can be for one product or a package.
JV Zone
