| Ans. | Yes and no. We have a visitor section especially for visitor downloads, but they are limited. Becoming an Eprofits Centre member enables you to download more products according to which membership level you are on. |

| Q. | Do I have to become a site member to add products? |
|
| Ans. | No anybody can submit products including site visitors. |

| Q. | I added a product but I didn't get a message saying that my product had been added, why? |
|
| Ans. | A small percentage of the product additions don't work, usually with the larger files. If that happens to you send us an email with your product description, category and either the URL of the file or the name of the zip file. The files have normally uploaded to the site and we can then find the file and set the download page up for you. |

| Q. | Will there be any more products? |

| Ans. | Yes, in time more will be added by myself, members and visitors. In fact as time goes on there will be an endless amount of products added. |
